Important: Kubi Compressor is a stateless compression service. All files exist only in server memory during processing and are permanently and irreversibly deleted immediately after compression. We cannot recover any files once processed.
No File Storage
- Files are NOT saved to any database
- Files are NOT backed up
- Files are NOT recoverable after compression
- Original files are deleted immediately after processing
Compression Results
Compression results may vary depending on file content:
- Some files may not compress significantly
- Quality loss is inherent in lossy compression
- Output quality depends on original file quality
- Always keep backup copies of your original files
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Keeping backup copies of original files before compression
- Ensuring they have rights to compress uploaded files
- Verifying compressed output meets their requirements
- Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
No Warranty
This Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Compression will achieve specific file size reductions
- Output quality will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will work with all file formats
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of original files
- Quality degradation in compressed files
- Service interruptions or errors
- Inability to achieve desired compression
